This privacy policy describes how Empower Collective collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit the website (www.empowercollective.dk) or use my services.

  • Cookies and usage statistics (via Google Analytics)

D. When you book a session

  • E-mail
  • Any information you share in connection with the booking (treated as confidential)

E. Session notes
As part of therapy sessions, I keep notes from your treatments. These may include:

  • Relevant health information you share
  • Observations from the session
  • Agreements and progress notes

Session notes are confidential, stored securely and not shared with others. Notes are kept for up to 5 years after your last session, after which they are deleted. You have the right to access or request deletion of your notes at any time by contacting kontakt@empowercollective.dk 

3. Purpose of data processing
I use your data to:

  • Deliver the session, product or programme you have purchased or booked
  • Send you emails with exercises, updates and offers (only with your consent)
  • Improve the website and user experience
  • Fulfil legal obligations (e.g. accounting and bookkeeping)


4. Legal basis

  • Consent: For newsletter and marketing
  • Contract: To fulfil agreements related to purchases and bookings
  • Legal obligation: Retention of accounting records
  • Legitimate interest: To improve services and protect against misuse

5. Retention of data
I retain your data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as required by law.

6. Third parties
I do not share or sell your data to others, unless necessary for:

  • Payment (Stripe and MobilePay)
  • Booking (Calendly)
  • Newsletter and automations (MailerLite)
  • Web analysis (Google Analytics)
  • Hosting and technical operations (Simply.com)

These parties process data on my behalf in accordance with data processing agreements.

7. Cookies
The website uses cookies to improve the user experience and analyse traffic. By using the site you accept the use of cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time.

8. Your rights
You have the right to:

  • Access the information you have provided
  • Have incorrect information corrected
  • Have your data deleted 
  • Withdraw your consent
  • Lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (www.datatilsynet.dk)
